What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
We try to really make them all memorable and have a spooky time. Whether it’s dressing up, parties, decorating, scaring people or watching all the scary movies we can possibly fit in. However I think my most memorable was the first time I took my son to a haunted forest walk. Men with chainsaws chasing us, open fields, dark rooms, sheds covered in blood & guts and people jumping out at us at every turn. We had such a horrific time and go every year! 😈
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I would absolutely make it to the end because I have seen so many horror films and I’m always thinking ahead. I know what it takes to make it out alive! Everything can and will be used as a weapon. No dimly lit rooms in my house and I’d be out the front door, window or escape hatch before anyone even has time to discuss it. I don’t use catch phrases like “I’ll be right back!” and I absolutely know the killer ALWAYS comes back! I even have escape plans ready for my own home. 💀
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I assume people are going to say something spooky or creepy, but honestly I would use this money towards my children’s education. To me, education is so important and it’s also incredibly expensive. As a single mother of two just two years apart; that’s two kids in college at the same time. Now that’s scary! 👻 As we know from horror sequels and trilogies, anything can happen and it usually does. So anything also helps. 🖤 Even Votes!
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Jamie Lee Curtis (Laurie Strode) would be my choice 100%! She is badass and has been defeating Michael Myers for pretty close to 50 years! She is a horror ICON, amazing actress, beautifully stunning woman who is just timeless and an amazing person and humanitarian. She is LITERALLY a BOSS and continues to astound me with the way she supports the ones she loves, animals and other women! I always tell and teach my children to be happy for other people’s success. She is the epitome of just that. 🖤
