Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
My first time I went to a haunted house, I was in middle school and my friends dragged me to the infamous Bloodview. A man dressed as a killer clown with a chainsaw came rushing out of a building and would swing at unsuspecting people in line. Suddenly, he swung out towards my friend (the self proclaimed horror film buff), causing her to scream and dropped to her knees. He then turned his sights on me, growling in my face to scare me and I giggled. It sealed my love for the spookiness.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
My ability to bruise would say otherwise, but athleticism and love of soccer gives me the stamina and resilience to survive. With 200+ horror films and true crime documentaries under my belt, I’ve gained an insight into the mind of the killers. This gives me the ability to survive until the end of the film (but I can’t promise anything after… unless there’s a sequel). 🔪 -Exorcist: Sage it -Shining: Google Maps Reviews or Airbnb -Scream: Never fall for corn syrup -Halloween: never babysit
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
After donating a portion to the Starlight Children’s Foundation, I would put the money towards paying off mine and my husbands student loans. With both of us being close to having them paid off, my husband and I can take a step closer towards the dream of expanding our family and adopting a child. In all reality though, a chance to meet Kane, Jamie, and Matthew would be a prize on its own!
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Neve Campbell. Not only is she one of the best final girls, but she also is a star in one of my favorite film series, Scream. She can handle herself and is not afraid to kick a little butt in the process! Her weapon of choice against Stu Macher may have been a vase and then a TV, but mine would be a wine bottle! #StuMacherIsStillAlive!
