Brian Schaller

I was born two days before Halloween so every birthday for the last 49 birthdays has been all about Halloween. This year I turn 50. πŸŽƒπŸŽ‚πŸŽ

What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

I remember going to a huge haunted house on Halloween. Waited about 45 minutes to go inside. As I stood in line I saw people leaving that were unable to finish the tour. I finally got inside and it was the most terrifying and realistic display of murder and mayhem ever. Sprinkle in the Halloween staples sporadically for a "break" and a smile. Somehow I managed to complete the task but I still see the scenes from that display in my nightmares.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

Im super smart and wicked resourceful! Not to mention butchering and Barbering skills so I know my way around a blade. Then add 26 years in I.T., I can whip up some wild security and electronic defenses. Fearless and smart. Dangerous combo for any zombie or serial killer.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I'd use the money to move to Florida and open a Barbershop. This has been my goal since going to Barber school at 40 years old. I envisioned retiring to Florida and cutting hair in my own shop. Technology is awesome, but the stress is less in the Barbershop.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

I'll meet him when I survive this competition. My nickname is Shaggy because of my having a Great Dane as a child. Halloween was hilarious with her at the door. Matthew Lillard would be my choice for surviving a horror movie. Fan since Hackers, 13 Ghosts was rad and he played a great Shaggy in Scooby Doo. Zoinks.
