What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
Growing up my mother and grandmother would make sure we watched every horror movie possible during the month of October! One year we made up a game where we would watch a scary movie with all the lights off, BUT if you had to go anywhere in the house (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) you could only take a flashlight. No other lights allowed!
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I survive the horror of teaching middle schoolers every day (it’s a tough job but someone has to do it)! I also have my Masters degree in Forensic Psychology! I am very intrigued in how killers think and try to guess their next move.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I would put the majority of that money towards helping my husband and I ensure that our future kids have a bright future. The rest I would put towards my family and my students.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
My real-life hero would be my mom. Even though she has passed, I know she would help guide me and give me the strength to survive. She always looked out for me, and I feel like her presence would keep me safe and help me stay alive in a horror movie.
