I eat, breathe, and bleed halloween. I thrive on scary movies and gothic culture
Help your favorite Halloween fanatic appear in Rue Morgue Magazine, take home $13,000, and join Kane Hodder for a ghost hunt.
Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
I was Trick-or-Treating in high school and one of my friends is terrified of clowns. We found someone in an Art the Clown costume and asked him to scare our friend. She screamed and locked the doors in the car she was in so fast, to this day I still look at that video and laugh!
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I think I’d survive because I’m pretty good at reading people and trusting my instincts. I’m observant enough to notice when something feels off, but I’m also stubborn enough to stand my ground when I know something isn’t right. I’m compassionate and would want to help the people around me, but I also know when to prioritize getting everyone, including myself, somewhere safe.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I’m in school studying nursing, so I would definitely pay off my tuition first! Then, I would finish buying the games I’m missing from my Resident Evil collection! I also want to get more statement pieces for my wardrobe!
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
My real life hero is Cassandra Peterson aka Elvira. Beyond her iconic and lovable character, she is someone who continues to be a strong and inspiring advocate for others. She has supported initiatives such as animal welfare, LGBTQ+ visibility, and HIV/AIDS awareness, all things I hold close to my heart.
